2．思维模式的700.3节将 “EPA TSCA Title VI Product Accreditation Body or EPA TSCA Title VI Product AB” 和 “"TPC laboratory” 要求合乎ISO/IEC 17020:1998(E)的规范标准更行为ISO/IEC:2012(E)；
3．40 CFR 770提升下述标需更新系统游戏版本号：
